DUE 3/1/2021 My Slumber yard - personal safety tips for women
How does lack of sleep contribute to emotional and social challenges in individuals living with autism? How can a lack of sleep negatively impact emotional and social factors for those with ASD? What are behavioral changes being reported in children with ASD since the pandemic (sleep quality, anxiety, and other behavioral changes)? What ways has the pandemic increased behaviors of distress within the autism community, furthering the likelihood of sleep disorders? What are some of the long-term health risks of these negative impacts, and why is it so important to nip poor sleeping patterns in the bud, pandemic or not? What are tips to optimize your child’s sleep setting? What about daily and/or bedtime habits to encourage sleep? What are the benefits of a healthy sleep routine? What about considerations for multi-child families? Please expand on how having multiple children can offer cooperative learning opportunities for children with ASD and ease the process for parents, ultimately.
