Do you offer free consultations?
Absolutely! We work with clients all around the world, so I offer a complimentary phone or online consultation by appointment.
We are available via Zoom, Google Hangouts, Skype, and FaceTime, and I offer limited availability for in-person meetings within the Tampa Bay area.

What should I submit?
Your request for a proposal should include an overview of your project. Some clients have no idea where to begin, only a general goal or target in mind. Others come to me with detailed research and precise outlines. I will be happy to help either way.
Still, I recommend supplementing your contract with some outline or structure; it provides guidance, eliminates miscommunication, and reduces turnaround times.
Do you offer set pricing?
No, because it wouldn't be fair to you! Every project is different in its own way, so I price accordingly. However, as a long-time small business owner, I know the frustrations of a limited budget and am reasonable in my approach. I promise to work within your budget as much as possible.
Projects requiring extensive research and technical language, for example, will require more than a single article or blog entry. I will make suggestions to cut costs whenever and however possible without sacrificing the integrity of the work.
My proposal looks fantastic, but how can I lower the price?
I offer customized and competitive pricing. However, there are still ways to save money. The more information you provide, the faster I can complete your project, so you can save money by submitting your own research. I will then supplement the

Okay, I've signed on the dotted line. How do I pay?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due up front, and the balance is due upon delivery. Some projects may qualify for personalized payment plans. We accept credit cards Venmo, and bank transfer. For credit card payments, please email us for your invoice and a convenient link to pay online.
How will I receive my work?
Upon completion, your project will be emailed to you. Upon request, I will upload the file to a filing sharing service such as Google Drive or Dropbox.
What if I have changes to make?
I understand that revisions are key to the writing process. Therefore, one revision is included with fixed-price projects; additional revisions will be billed at the appropriate rate.
How can we chat?
Any required interviews will be conducted via phone or email unless specifically requested otherwise. In-person interviews and meetings are restricted to the greater Tampa Bay area on a per-project basis and charged at an hourly rate.
Is this ethical?
This is a topic of much debate and understandably so. I recommend that all clients consult their educational institution or workplace for specific information, including plagiarism guidelines and restrictions. Please be sure to use my services responsibly.
